He\u2019s the President of KRM Counseling &amp; Consulting, LLC, with thirty years of experience working with traumatized children and families. He&#8217;s also a knowledgeable public speaker on trauma, resilience, and achieving personal success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">Mackie is Chairman of the Board of the Missouri Network Against Child Abuse, a state association of 15 Child Advocacy Centers empowering adults to protect children from child abuse serving 10,000 children a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">Mackie provides Crisis Stabilization and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through EVOLVE, an intensive outpatient program, and RISE, a psychiatric partial hospitalization program. Mackie\u2019s strengths are <em>Strategic, Command, Activator, Achiever, and Relator.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">Mackie is the husband of Marcia Mackie and the father of four boys.
